Bookings for the Mobile Belfry are handled by the Mobile Belfries Trust (formerly the Charmborough Trust), which also manages bookings for the Charmborough ring and the Lichfield Diocesan Mobile Belfry. It is expected that the booking system for the Mobile Belfry will be live by the end of 2023 with bookings from the Spring of 2024.
The Mobile Belfries Trust has taken on the role of coordinate bookings of all mobile belfirst in order to match the most suitable belfry to the booking, and minimise travel distances for the volunteers who tow the belfries to events. That said, requests for a specific belfry will always be honoured provided it is available.
